  2. Completely agree with you that it’s sad that people choose unhealthy food day after day rather than grab a healthy snack. Eating healthy isn’t more expensive or more time-consuming than eating unhealthy..just takes more planning! I’ve been getting in the habit of making snack bags on Sunday for every day at work- filled with fruit, carrots, homemade trail mix, and water mixes. I used to stop at the vending machine every day at work and realized how much money I was blowing! I love this post and will continue on my healthy path :)

    This has happened to me and even a parent asked the same question regarding my sons snack which consisted of the same snacks I was eating (carrots, homemade French toast sticks and pear slices). My son is 22 months and he doesn’t know different as this is how our family eats on a regular basis. Sure we have treats on the weekend but we stick to wholesome foods 90% of the time. =0)
