Guys. Just because we are eat healthy doesn’t mean we can’t indulge!! This recipe is insanely delicious…in fact I would choose this over plain old ice cream any day!
The good news? You probably already have ALL of these ingredients in your kitchen right now!
STEP 1: Take a small container of greek yogurt (about 3/4 cup or ONE red container if you are following the 21-Day Fix plan!)
STEP 2: Mix in the following:
– 1 tspn all-natural peanut butter
– 1/2 tspn honey
– 1/2 tspn vanilla extract
Than top with a small handful sliced strawberries (or 1/2 purple container)!
So darn good. Even better if you chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before serving.
***For those on the 21-Day Fix, this recipe uses 1 red + 1/2 purple + 1 tspn.
