Cooper and I decided to make some fun + healthy popsicles for the 4th of July weekend! I can’t tell you how much he loves these!
Well…I guess I can. He loves them a lot.
And I love that it’s a healthy, whole-food way to enjoy a treat this holiday weekend!!
Mix strawberries + agave nectar in blender to a chunky consistency.
Alternate layers of strawberry mixture + blueberries + greek yogurt in popsicle mold and then freeze for several hours until set.
Submerge into warm water to loosen popsicle before attempting to pull them from the mold. If you forgo the warm water step and think you can just pull them violently from the mold, you are wrong + inpatient + likely deserve to hurt your left index finger in the process (this happened to
me a chick I know).
