I received many messages from those of you who WANTED to join my free+ fun private Facebook group this week but you weren’t on Facebook or didn’t have access.
So I thought I would just share the program here in case you are able to join along in the fun!! Because we ALL want those toned arms that screamed “I’m tank top worthy y’all!!!” especially as we creep closer and closer toward those summer months!

And yeah…I know I look and sound super cool here! LOL!! I am not built for videos!!
But in this video I share some important aspects about this 7-Day challenge including:
1) I try not to incorporate weights in my free challenges because I really want to remove ALL excuses to participate. So you CAN do this workout in your office, your closet, or in the street outside Starbucks. 😉
2) After 7-days, you won’t be sportin’ Madonna arms. I know, I know…totes disappointing. But it takes longer to get toned arms and that is just how God designed us. But the good news?? These 3 simple moves are super tough and if you do them consistently you WILL build strength and tone those bad boys up!!
So here’s the Dealio – 3 moves each done for just 1 little tiny minute. Then repeat. Like shampoo. 😉
One of the best aspects of these challenges is participating in the group and sharing photos + lame jokes. But I DO hope that this is helpful for those of you who aren’t able to join in!!! <3
