  1. Wow, that all looks delicious! I never thought about bringing my resistance bands on vacation or traveling but it makes sense. Mine don’t have handles so they are super lightweight.Great tip!

    I try to do a lot of walking when I am traveling and I bring fruit with me. It is a nice change from my workout routine.
